Domestic (U.S.) Orders:
- $20 each plus $3 shipping and handling for each book ordered.
Foreign (International) Orders:
- $20 each plus $8 shipping and handling for each book ordered.
Note to Foreign Customers: You may be assessed a fee by customs and
your package may be opened for inspection. We cannot be held liable for extra
charges incurred by customs; nor for any damage incurred to the program(s) due to customs
inspections. The additional $5 per book assessed to foreign orders applies only
to postage and handling and does not include customs fees. Please also allow up to
two weeks for delivery for international orders.
